Clean, spacious and comfortable. Great location for our family. Close to Hendrick's Head beach and Boothbay. I had stayed here two winters ago, and liked it enough to return this summer.
We would have appreciated some paper towels and toilet paper. The electronic key pad for the door is very nice, but the door code was too long - if we did not enter the code fast enough we had to start over.

Loved the location, size, and peacefulness. They were very accommodating to needs of a family such as fans in each room, extra pillows and blankets, games, kids movies, and much more.
Mattresses upstairs were uncomfortable.

The house is roomy. Short walk to water. Beautiful area. Nice deck.
Needs instructions for TV. Hot water regulator broke but one call and a service man was there in a couple of hours to fix it.
