About this house rental
Our home is located in the historic neighborhood, Old Seminary Square, in NKY . We are conveniently located app 20minutes from CVG Airport and Cincinnati ! We are conveniently located near Cincinnati Zoo, Great American Ball Park, Cincinnati Art Museum, and History Museum , and many other venues! We are within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The suite is the entire first floor, in our historic home! We do provide a large air mattress, if you have more than two guests. There is also a couch that guests are welcome to sleep on. We have one king size bed in the bedroom, with a door, for privacy.

The rental was as described and very nice! Close to all we wanted to do in northern Ky and Cincinnati area! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon.

The stay was as described. Beautiful property located conveniently in Northern Kentucky. The trips to downtown Cincinnati was really easy from here. Hosts were wonderful

Nice place, but since it’s attached to the hosts’ home there are a few disturbing quirks - you could hear the hosts loudly every time they walked. You could see through the floorboards in the living room to the unfinished basement below (the light was on down there the whole time). Also, we went around and tried to lock all the internal doors (including one in the closet) but the basement door didn’t seem to lock. It felt a bit weird - like someone could walk in whenever.We were also a bit worried that we were parked in the wrong place because of a sign that said “Cardinal Parking only”. We tried contacting the hosts a few times and never heard back - then that night someone pounded on the door - we weren’t sure if it was ours or theirs, but it was very alarming!One small hint - to switch the shower into shower mode, you have to pull down on the bottom of the bathtub faucet. I’d never seen this before, so it took us a long time to figure out. So, I don’t think I’d stay at this place again, unfortunately. I might have felt less uneasy if my husband was with me.
