This is a pet friendly rental, despite the efforts of the cleaners, we can not guarantee no remnants of dog hair will be found in the property.

We have security cameras at the front and back entrances for the safety of our guests and our property. They are triggered by motion detection and record video and sound.

Another AMAZING stay! We’ve stayed at this home multiple times now, and every visit has been absolutely wonderful! The house is always spotless, spacious, and so comfortable. It truly feels like a home away from home. The beds are extremely cozy, there are tv's and fans in every room, a waffle bar, a fenced-in backyard, the neighborhood feels very safe, and the game room is such an added bonus for winding down after a long workday. The owner has been absolutely fantastic to work with...always friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. We couldn’t ask for a better experience and definitely plan to stay again. Highly recommend this home. You will not be disappointed.

The house itself is nice. Beds incredibly comfy, nice furniture, extra touches like ceiling speakers, etc. The issue we had was a safety concern. The communication, and extra info about owners gathered in the process is the reason I won’t recommend. I have never had a host argue like that, and seem so offended about an issue; particularly in a house they don’t personally stay in.
We were excited to use the large fireplace, shown in listing; but the flue was blocked or not properly functioning, which resulted in lots of smoke & all the windows open on a cold night. Though it appeared to be ready to use, with fresh logs sitting out, they apparently never intended on guests using. “We did not bring wood in. Our cleaners must not have noticed,” several statements like this as well as referring to their “properties”, gave impression they make a living renting multiple properties. I was made to feel like a burden for having made them “wake up to all of these messages”, which were clearly during the panic of trying to figure out what to do, with no contact number. Next day/initial reply was a no big deal vibe, stating they had not used in 2 yrs of ownership, didn’t advertise it, etc. Expressing the many ways this could potentially be a huge problem, generated nothing but long, defensive replies; I was scolded for “telling them how to run their business”. To be fair to them, being nice wasn’t my priority passed a certain point, and I was quite straight forward about the situation, and seriousness. However, excellent hosts do not react this way when confronted with a concern. It was as though I had been absolutely absurd, verbally abusive, or inappropriate. (which I was not). After way too much back and forth, it was stated that they are installing a fake log to resolve the problem.
SO… also note worthy— you will not be using the double sided fireplace for a real fire, in case this was something you are looking for!
The house was nicely remodeled several years ago prior to the current landlords, and they have kept it up cosmetically. The windows and doors are pretty old/flimsy, and if the neighborhood wasn’t so quiet, I would not have felt secure at all, especially with the front door appearing to have been kicked in before. Back door is a glass storm door, and gate has padlocks but no code listed to use. An instruction/guest book would have been helpful. Seems like the hosts have never been guests; and inexperienced in customer service overall.
