Large private guest suite with ample bathroom both facing the pool. Mini refrigerator, double hot plate, microwave, toaster/oven, and coffeepot in the room. Common outdoor covered cooking/dining and sitting area, TV, dart board and uncovered patio around pool with grill, pool, and lounge chairs. Located within walking distance of Wellington Marketplace and Courtyard Shops, 6 minutes drive to WEF, polo, dressage, and show grounds. 30 minutes to the beach, 12 minutes to Lion Country Safari, and 22 minutes to Palm Beach International Airport. Maria of Spain May 2025The Maria of Spain accommodations are exactly as they are presented in the VRBO. The previous reviews are also spot on. 10/10 Clean, Beautiful, Great Location, well equipped and maintained. I just wish I had gotten her recipe for the banana Macadamia nut muffins!Our host was excellent. Maria is a above and beyond host. I have booked many times on VRBO and I have never experienced the level of hospitality, kindness and generosity that I received from both Maria and her husband. I was traveling from across the country to have a medical procedure. The location of the property was close to my doctor’s and support staff and provided me with a beautiful relaxing tropical environment as I recovered. My nurse and physical therapist were in and out anywhere from 1 to 6 hours a day for four days. Maria was so accommodating and understanding. There was room in my apartment to accommodate my therapists massage table and equipment. Maria provided me with a walker, extra pillows and bolsters to ensure my comfort. (You plan events like this in advance, but you never know how or if your needs are going to change) As our departure day neared, we realized returning the rental vehicle and getting me to the airport might prove to be difficult. Maria stepped right in and drove me to the airport that day while my husband returned the car to the car rental area at the airport. This stay was nothing short of a true blessing. We are forever grateful and will plan to return.

Maria was the most welcoming host I've had so far! The property was lovely, great location, and exactly as advertised. I will definitely stay with Maria the next time I'm in Wellington!

We could not have been happier nor felt more welcome! Maria is an amazing host and a wonderful person. The property is beautiful and the location perfect! There are numerous places for shopping and such within walking distance as well.
