Host was so fantastic to communicate with. House was in a perfect spot in town for everything we needed and wanted to do. House was very clean, easy check-in, and SO nice to have garage access (especially because it stormed a couple of times while we were there). Was able to park one large SUV and one small SUV in the garage at the same time. The ONLY draw-back is the basement bedroom/bathroom. With no exhaust fan for the bathroom, the basement felt pretty damp. Other than that, everything else was perfect!

We had an enjoyable time staying there. The back bedroom on occasion would smell smokey as we assumed it came from the individual who lived separately in a basement under that portion of the house. Otherwise, the stay was uneventful.

There was so much to see in Rapid city and the surrounding area that we didn't spend much time at the property. At the end of the day it was nice to have a place where we can rest. Kitchen was very nice, and washer/dryer availability was a big plus.
