This is a spit level house 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms upstairs and a large bedroom downstairs with two queen size beds. Dinning room , Kitchen stock with pots and pans and all the items you will need to prepared a family meal also a large refrigerator to store items, cabinet space, Living room and laundry room upstairs

We stayed at this home for my son’s baseball tournament at Lakepoint. It was about 15-20 drive to lakepoint. The house is relatively remote. There is a dollar general that was close but most everything else grocery store, Dunkin’ Donuts etc is about 15-20
Mins away. The place itself was spacious. There were 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The yard was great. The kids spent a lot of time playing outside. The check in process was seamless. The owner was very communicative for the checkin process and an issue we had with the TV.
There were a few cons:
The kitchen was very poorly stocked even more so for a house that can hold 10 people. We had to get paper plates and plastic cups.
One night someone came into the house at about 12:15 am to get garbage. We were not notified that they were coming and it startled my husband and I as we were sitting on the couch watching TV.
There was a broken drawer in the kitchen. The sofa was ripped and had cloth over it.
Overall, it was a decent stay. It could be a great stay with a deep clean and a few repairs.
