Die Kommunikation mit Fabio war sehr zufriedenstellend. Die geräumige Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und liegt sehr zentral. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Betten sind mit guten Matrazen ausgestattet, und die alten Möbel verleihen der Wohnung Charakter . Die Fotos im Inserat vermitteln einen besseren Eindruck als die Realität vor Ort zeigt. Insgesamt zufriedenstellend.

Die Beschreibung in der Annonce stimmt mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Die geräumige Wohnung ersteckt sich über zwei Etagen, sie ist glücklicherwiese nicht im Ikea-Einheitslook ausgestattet, sondern mit älteren Möbeln, die den besonderen Charakter der Wohnung ausmachen. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig und wirklich komplett ausgestattet. Die Dachterrasse vor der Küche, die auch einen Blick zwischen zwei Häusern hindurch auf das Meer bietet, ist das Highlight des Appartements. Gastgeber Fabio kümmert sich schon vor der Anreise aufmerksam darum, dass alles unkompliziert abläuft (auch die Parkplatzssuche, die in der Nachsaison aber kein Problem ist). Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Wir - Familie mit einem Teenager - haben eine sommerliche Woche in diesem Domizil verbracht. Herr Marletto war schon vor unserer Ankunft zu allen Fragen freundlich und unkompliziert erreichbar. Die über zwei Etagen gehende Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und sehr gut mit Geschirr und Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind charmant mit teils antiken Möbeln eingerichtet und bieten ausreichend Stauraum für Kleidung und Gepäck. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Terrasse ist groß und gut nutzbar zum Frühstücken und Abendessen (in der Mittagssonne ist es zu heiß). Die Wohnung liegt zentral in einer der Haupteinkaufsgassen Moneglias und damit fussläufig zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und den beiden Stränden. Die Lage bringt es mit sich, dass man auch Abends teilnimmt an der Lebensfreude der Einwohner und Gäste Moneglias in den Restaurants, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Das Auto wird im Alltag nicht benötigt und kann ca. 15 Minuten Fussweg bewacht geparkt werden. Wir kennen Moneglia aus früheren Reisen und haben den Aufenthalt in dieser charmanten Wohnung genossen.

Die Wohnunng liegt perfekt mitten in der Fußgängerzone Moneglias, einem wunderbaren Badeort . Zum Strand geht man einer Minute. Den Bahnhof erreicht man in zehn Minuten.. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet, der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Toll ist die große Terrasse. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen.
