About this apartment rental
This modern spacious apartment is situated a short stroll down to the Old Town.
The 2nd floor apartment has an elevator from the underground garage all the way up to the very large communal roof terrace which has BBQ and toilet facilities and fantastic views across to the sea.
There is a large living/dining area with large flat screen television, comfortable seating and dining table and chairs. There are patio doors leading out to a small wrap round terrace.
The well equipped kitchen has separate area with washing machine.
A double bedroom with ensuite bathroom also has a workspace desk.
The second bedroom has 2 x single beds with a pull out single bed so perfect for children and young adults.
There is also a separate shower room.

The property was fantastic and had everything we needed and more.The check in process was easy with the key to the apartment in a lock box with a code.It was in a fantastic location and was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and town with many shops and restaurants.I would definately stay here again.

We had the privilege of staying in this wondeeful apartment for 12 nights. We have been visiting Albufeira for 13 years and always book self catering apartments.
We are a family with 3 children, all various ages and this apartment was spacious enough that they didnt get in each others way. 2 of my children have Special Needs and this was ideal for them to break away for down time.
The apartment is a 5- 10 minute walk down to the beach and the old town with its variety of bars, restaurants and shops.
It has 2 good sized bedrooms with plenty of storage.
The lounge is beautiful and a very well equipped kitchen.
It has a massive roof terrace with beautiful views across the skyline of the town and out to sea.
We had issue when we arrived. I messaged the contact and it was sorted straight away.
Both myself and my family really enjoyed staying in the apartment and would very much recommend to family and friends.

Stayed in this property in July 24 for a week and would strongly recommend apartment, Family of 4 was very comfortable. All rooms were air conditioned and all rooms are accurate to the pictures provided on here. Apartment is located roughly 200 yards from the outskirts of the Old Town strip and it is a 5 min light stroll to the beach (return walk is slightly uphill but not difficult). Aldi and Lidl are located about 10 min walk away but this is a steep uphill walk. Wifi within apartment is good and a very large smart tv is in the sitting room. Apartment block was quiet in so far as we met very few in the building.
Only drawback is that the late night party goers can make noise on the road as they head home (please note that you cannot hear the music form the Old Town Bars within the apartment)
A very good stay and would definitely recommend, we will be back next year
