Nice loft apartment with garden and private pool

Fantastic location and a great pool.

We had a brilliant stay at Maria's apartment in August. There were 2 adults, a 16 and 12 year old and the space was perfect...inside and out. The swimming pool was well used in 33oc heat! It was lovely to have it all to ourselves and we could use it anytime. The outside shower was useful. The apartment was well equipped....the dishwasher and washing machine were handy!) The neighbourhood is quiet (you can hear the church bells - they were lovely and the train in town. Listen out for the peacock! but none these disturb you). It is a 10/15 min walk to town which is a quaint, traditional spanish town. It comes alive at night but not in a tourist way, just locals going out for dinner. We didn't eat in town but there are plenty of restaurants. Do go to the bakery on the corner...delicious products and get an icecream from one of the parlours! The beach is next to the town...and has a public toilet..very useful. The train is also in town . We took the train to Barcelona on one day. It takes an hour and is very cheap (compared to the UK!). The apartment is on a little hill (and has steps to the inside) and if you have a car, you park at the bottom so it may not suit people with poor mobility. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it. Maria's communications was 5* and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay here again and explore north of Sant Pol De Mar.

Pilar was a great host, and tried her best to accommodate some English speaking tourists, the process was easy and the town of Sant Pol is only 10 minutes away, ideal for a quiet few days away 😊

Nos sentimos muy cómodos en Sant Pol de Mar. Zona fantástica y apartamento muy bonito. Unas vacaciones perfectas.
