About this house rental
Casa Cheiro de Mar is located in the Villas de São José condominium, between two of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil: Prainha (500 meters) and Praia de São José (30 meters), and 250 meters from the Itacaré Eco Resort.
On the left is Prainha, one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil and among the 6 best surf spots in Bahia, with high surf and perfect waves for surfing, about a 14-minute walk away.
You can go by car, however, it's located in the upper parking lot and the rest of the way involves a 4-minute walk.
In front of the house is São José Beach, beautiful, with calm waves, a lovely meeting point with the tranquil Canteiro River, excellent for taking children, about a 2-minute walk away.
The river is a real treat for children, with a giant section averaging 40cm of water. Ideal for playing.
You can go by car; it's parked in the restaurant's parking lot. (However, I don't see the need; it's faster on foot.)
The São José Beach Club has a wonderful swimming pool, suitable for both adults and children. It also features restrooms and a poolside bar, as well as exclusive kiosks for families.
You can use the facilities, the pools, and the restaurant, but you need to book a Day Use pass with a minimum consumption fee per adult.
The house is divided into 2 modules.
Smell of the sea 1
It was built recently, everything is brand new and has glass doors.
There you'll find the pool and 2 suites, a living room, a kitchen, a balcony, and everything is very tastefully decorated.
Scent of the sea 2
It was built very close to São José beach, with exclusive access from the house, because the owners love to walk in the morning and almost never use the car.
This module has sliding wooden doors and 3 bedrooms, another kitchen and the barbecue area; access is via the stairs.
