VAUJANYLOCATIONS - Saphir 04

Picked up the key at the address given to us. Friendly lady :-)

Internet did not function upon arrival. After reporting, it got fixed few hours later.

La dégradation non réparée des équipements (réfrigérateur, ampoules électriques). La location du linge de maison. Le système de remboursement de la caution. L'absence d'intervention humaine.

Collecting the keys was easy, it’s better to park near to or outside of Le Saphir, which is the first apartment block you come to when arriving in Vaujany village. Vaujany locations is just a 2-minute walk uphill from here, leaving the car makes it a little easier to find the underground parking which is at the back of the bâtiment. The apartment was very clean and had everything we might need during our stay. Like most alpine apartments it’s on the small side, though it can sleep six I would advise four, there’s not a lot of storage and it would be very cramped with 6 people. The bunk beds could sleep adults but are not wide and so better for children. It’s in the same building as restaurants, cafes, ski hire and a very good patisserie and a 2-minute walk to the gondola station. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

The apartment above is a duplex and the families who stayed there were noisy. In particular there was the almost constant noise from feet going up and down the wooden stairs. Families tend to get up very early for ski school (we were woken up each morning around 6am), I would imagine it’s not so noisy in the summer.

Voor 2 personen een fantastisch appartement. locatie is top.

In de nis met stapelbed zou ikzelf echt niet willen slapen. Zoals gewoonlijk in Frankrijk ontbreekt een haak om de douchekop op te hangen.
