Sehr gut und reichlich ausgestattet sowie schön modernisiert. Geräumiges Haus inkl. sehr gepflegtem Garten mit Spielgeräten. Die Nutzung der Garage war nach vorheriger Anfrage möglich.
Sitzmöbel (Couch & Sessel) im Wohnzimmer sollten dringend getauscht werden (unangenehmer Geruch)

Das Haus ist groß und ebenerdig, es gibt bei Bedarf sogar eine Rampe für die Eingangstufen. Die Küche ist komplett und sehr praktisch (mit einer Geschirrspülmaschine) ausgestattet. Der zweite Kühlschrank im Vorratsraum ist prima. Es gibt Jalousien vor den Fenstern - klasse ist auch der Zugang vom Wohnzimmer und vom Schlafzimmer zur Terrasse. Im Nebenraum der Garage warten Gartenmöbel & Auflagen auf den Frühling, außerdem kann man dort die Waschmaschine nutzen.
- Die Matratzen sind in beiden Schlafzimmer durchgelegen, es haben sich Liege-Kuhlen gebildet. - Der Boden der Dusche ist nicht mehr ansehnlich und lässt sich altersbedingt schwer sauberhalten - es haben sich dort Kalkflecken gebildet. - In der Küche waren die Fronten nicht ganz sauber/ in der Kaffeemaschine lag noch der benutzte Kaffeefilter vom Vorgänger.
