Summary:
This beautifully remodeled beachfront condo is on the second floor and sits directly on sparkling East Grand Traverse Bay! Your private patio provides a front seat view of the bay and sandy beach below. Natural light fills the open concept floor plan. Savor your morning coffee or evening wine from the private deck, while watching the waves on East Bay. One bedroom, one bathroom, 850 square feet, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Convenience + style = enjoyable relaxation!
The Space:
The bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen Smart TV with streaming service.
Large bathroom with nice big tub.
**Please note the tub is a 2 person tub, and will not fill for single person use since the hot water heater is too small to fill it completely.
The living room has a large flat screen Smart TV with streaming service, the sofa in the living room pulls out creating additional sleeping space for two more people, and the large pullout chair converts to a twin bed, so there are accommodations for 3 more guests in addition to the King Bed.
When you are ready to head outside, grab the beach towels provided and enjoy the 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs, or the newly-finished heated swimming pool and hot tub (available Memorial Day to Labor Day).

Rather pedal? Rent bicycles across the street and ride the paved TART trail into downtown,
which is also just a short drive down the road by car. You'll find all kinds of dining options, shopping and entertainment. Nearby are wineries, breweries, distilleries. Hiking trails galore, beachcombing and stargazing are all a part of the Upnorth experience, and all are close at hand.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.
A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.
There is one parking space allowed per condo.
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

The place was as described. Beautiful view of the water and sunsets in the evening. Katy was available any time I contacted her and answered my questions immediately. We enjoyed our stay and would book this again if we go back to TC.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a last-minute decision to travel to Michigan to see our brother after the passing of our mom 4 weeks ago. Katy was superb in accommodating us. The property is appointed perfectly, and we couldn't be happier with our stay. I loved the special attention to detail inside. The interior was neat and appeared very spacious with the strategic decorating. I would love to return in the future!

The location is fabulous, the host's are communicative and the condo is the perfect size. It you want to cook it has all the pots, pans, silverware, spices, etc you need. The coffee pot has both standard drip and pods with coffee provided. Then you have the view of the lake and steps to the beach, it lacks nothing! We look forward to getting it again for this summer and many more.
