The apartment is located in Vaux sur Mer, in the heart of the Royan region, 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Nauzan and close to all the beaches of the Côte de Beauté.

A mandatory cleaning fee will be applied from the 3rd day: €39 (to be paid on site).
A tourist tax of €1.25 per day and per person (free for children under 18 years old) will be requested on arrival. This local tax, which is compulsory all year round, will be paid to the municipality of Vaux sur Mer.
The amount of the security deposit of €500 will also be requested on arrival. This deposit will be returned to you on departure or 15 days after your departure, minus any damage or the cost of restoring the premises (see the terms and conditions set out in the general conditions).
For any rental, a contract will be drawn up in due form.
