About this house rental
Trullo Monticello takes its name from the mound from which it overlooks the Itria valley in a predominant position, with a breathtaking view of Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Cisternino and Ostuni.
It is a very intimate and welcoming environment, for the exclusive use of families or couples of friends, consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room.
The bedrooms, one of which in a trullo with a conical ceiling, have a double bed each for a total of 4 beds and the possibility of adding a cot next to each bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, pots, plates, various dishes and spices. In the living room you can enjoy the rustic-style fireplace for warmth and intimacy even in cold periods.
On the large square there is the swimming pool area equipped with deck chairs and umbrella for your moments of relaxation and the barbeque for delicious summer barbecues.
Behind the trullo there is a small, very private garden with fruit trees to relax surrounded by greenery.
Trullo Monticello is located about 4km from Martina Franca, 7km from Locorotondo, 15 km from the trulli of Alberobello and 20km from Ostuni, in the immediate vicinity there is a trattoria restaurant where you can enjoy excellent local dishes and a bus stop to easily reach Martina Franca .
The closest airports are Bari and Brindisi.

Le séjour s’est avéré agréable et l’accueil parfait. Un peu étonnés toutefois par l’appellation « manoir » qui en français a une autre signification. Logement et propriété parfaitement propres. Un petit détail l’absence de tire-bouchon !.

Nous avons passé un très court séjour dans ce petit paradis mais nous en garderons un merveilleux souvenir . La maison est atypique joliment décorée. L’extérieur est très agréable et calme avec une vue magnifique sur la campagne . Les petits villages aux alentours sont à visiter .
Notre hôte est sympathique et très intentionné , des friandises et boissons nous attendaient sur la table de la cuisine .
Nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouvé malgré le GPS mais Nicolas nous a envoyé rapidement le trajet .
Il nous a donné quelques conseils pour les visites à faire.
Notre seul regret un séjour beaucoup trop court . À refaire pour profiter pleinement du trullo ,du barbecue , et surtout de la piscine .
Nous recommandons vivement cette location et remercions sincèrement notre hôte .

Schöne Lage auf Anhöhe mit Panoramablick auf Umgebung, großes und gepflegtes Grundstück, Pool, sehr sauberes Haus, mit Allem ausgestattet (inklusive Waschmaschine!), sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter,

Der sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter hat uns pünktlich am Haus empfangen und alles gezeigt. Das Haus liegt in traumhafter Lage in ruhiger Nachbarschaft mit Ausblick über das Itria Tal, ist sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Pool hat den Kindern riesengroßen Spaß gemacht, und das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt (Grill, Waschmaschine, Liegestühle, saubere Handtücher). Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge in die umliegende Ständchen und verschieden Strände. Wir empfehlen es zu 100% weiter. Grazie Nico!
