The apartment is located in an excellent area, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The living room is furnished with charming, new pieces that add a nice touch to the space.
The apartment is on the third floor of a dark and dilapidated staircase, which often has a very unpleasant smell (likely coming from the ground-floor apartment). There is another flat directly above, and every step from upstairs can be clearly heard. The bathroom is in poor condition and should have been renovated years ago – the faucet is rusty and covered with patina, and some tiles in the shower area are nearly falling off. The kitchen could be more modern and better equipped.

Posizione centralissima. Appartamento ampio e ben organizzato. Molto comodi gli elettrodomestici. Lavatrice e lavastoviglie inclusi. Siamo stati solo 1 settimana ma saremmo potuti stare comodamente anche un mese.
Poca pulizia, tanta polvere e elettrodomestici trascurati. Appartamento in un vecchio edificio sito al terzo piano senza ascensore e con cattivo odore al primo piano.

It was in the hearth of the old town. Very close to everyhing. Good flat, a lot of spaces. Nice hosts.

Location, close to shopping and restaurants, in the center of old town
This place is outdated and need a series upgrade, the floor for example is not flat and squawking when you walk on it.
Its also a tiny space. The apartment is located as the 4th floor without elevator. I don't think the rent justify this place.
