Odair super atencioso. O apartamentoé muito bom e o café da manhã ótimo.
Passei stress no processo de check-in onde pediram autorização da minha neta de 16 anos assinado pela mãe e autenticação em cartório. Não aceitaram nem mesmo assinado digital pelo gov.br. Já viajamos com ela desde que era bebê e nunca nenhum hotel em todo Brasil exigiu isso. Além disso no primeiro dia demoraram demais pra levar cobertas, lençóis e travesseiro faltando. Não quiseram dar uma toalha de rosto adicional. Governança precisa melhorar.
