We are thrilled to share our new chic location in the Broad Ripple district of Indianapolis. We are passionate about our guests having an exceptional experience to make your travel to our beautiful city a stress free and relaxing experience. Our goal is to take care of every detail for you while staying in the home.
As frequent travelers ourselves, we know what guests love and this home is a PERFECT retreat for families, friends looking to meet up, local alumni, business travelers, event participants, or simply those who just wish to come check out the city and see what it has to offer!

Located within walking distance of popular coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and even an ice cream parlor! The home is also only a 5 minute walk to the popular Monon Trail.
For those that are not familiar with Indianapolis, the Broad Ripple cultural district has a free-spirited vibe, with laid-back cafes, global eateries, lively brewpubs and happening clubs. Emerging and big-name acts play at storied music venue The Vogue, and indie shops sell records, handicrafts and vintage clothing. Broad Ripple Park has views of the White River, while the Monon Rail Trail, popular with joggers and cyclists, cuts through the area, linking to the Central Canal Towpath.
Common commute times to popular locations:

- Downtown Indianapolis - 20 min
- Lucas Oil Stadium - 20 min

The space.... meticulously renovated space with over 1900 sqft and the most up to date finishes. It offers 4 spacious bedrooms (2 on the first floor and 2 downstairs) with a full bathroom upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs also has its own living room area, TV, and coffee bar. The home also features a large front porch and private backyard. With so much space you and your guests will have plenty of room to socialize together while still having your own space to just relax.
The home also offers all brand new appliances, including a washer and dryer which guests may use if needed. We provide detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience.
With a long driveway and free street parking there will be plenty of available parking for your stay.
Feeling like a bonfire? We have a fire pit with firewood in the backyard for guests to use.

This property is in a great location with many nice places within walking distance. It would be very convenient for two families as the downstairs has a completely separate living space.
We came with two young kids and the owners kindly placed a gate at the top of the stairs for safety. There is a pack and play available although we brought our own.
The house has all the basics-nothing fancy. The bathrooms were nice, we found the beds uncomfortable but that may have just been our personal preference.
The house was basically clean. There was considerable dust on all the ceiling and bathroom fans- which I wouldn’t normally pay attention to- but couldn’t look away once I noticed. The pans in the kitchen were very worn and some of the non-stick coating was flaking off and we didn’t feel comfortable cooking with them.
Overall nice place. We had booked for 4 nights but left after 3 partly because our plans changed and part because we were ready to go.
