Located in Sundial West, this residence features brand new flooring and furniture, top of the line appliances, chic artwork, granite countertops, an oversized lanai, and spacious master quarters with posturepedic mattress. Picture yourself rolling out of bed in the morning directly onto the beach, drink of choice in hand, with your favorite book and music to boot! Enjoy the beach with the included Tommy Bahama beach gear or absorb the cool ocean breeze from the patio while allowing the lapping waves to lull you into a sense of serenity only such a residence can offer.
In terms of location, Sundial of Sanibel is located in an area considered to be mid-island, equidistant to all Sanibel has to offer including beaches, restaurants, attractions, and the mainland of Fort Myers for those adventurous enough to explore beyond the island. Located in the F building of Sundial West, this residence is less than a three minute walk to the beach and features direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from the rightmost portion of the patio. In terms of positioning, this residence boasts a tranquil water feature directly in front of its patio, the Gulf of Mexico to the left, and a beautiful sunset exposure at the end of each day!

Guests have access to the amenities of Sundial West, including a large heated pool, private beach access just minutes from your unit as well as all on-site restaurants and shops.
The Neighborhood:
Sundial of Sanibel is located on Middle Gulf Drive, perfectly situated between the East and West Ends of Sanibel Island. A quick stroll into the mainland, yet secluded enough as to maintain your privacy and atmosphere of tranquility throughout your stay.
Getting Around:
We recommend bikes, golf cart or a rental car, although neither is absolutely necessary to fully enjoy this residence.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before checking in.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit paymen

Great location right on the beach and in an area that isn't very crowded. Really worked well for just the two of us. All the beach extras were a bonus (chairs, umbrella, towels). Unit is well stocked with all the basics.

The good: The condo was clean, and well outfitted with a Keurig, blow dryer, kitchen supplies, and DirectTV with streaming services. We also appreciated that there were beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and rolling cart. There are several restaurants and a small market on property.
The not so good: The condo has a large screened in balcony but it faces a courtyard with no view. Unfortunately the condo rental does not come with use of the resort amenities (main pool, kayaks, bikes, beach chairs/umbrella service, etc.) and we asked and they can’t even be rented or a day pass purchased. The only pool you can use on property is the one closest to the unit and it’s very small and crowded.
