Shared Tennis Court, First floor living room, queen sleeper sofa, dining nook, stainless steel fully furnished kitchen, powder room, smart TV, wifi. 2nd floor Large King BR with master bathroom. Overlooks magnificent lawn fields, surrounded by open space, estates, and farms. 1 mile to Warren Center, under 10 miles to Mohawk Mountain Skiing and Lake Waramaug beaches.
Washington & Warren are exceptional for their excellent restaurants, spas, antique shops, art galleries, boutiques, farms, historic homes, gardens, vineyards, distilleries, and orchards. The Gilmore Girls creator modelled Stars Hollow, the perfect Connecticut town, after Washington and the Independence Inn after the Mayflower Inn. It is the current or former home to many artists, writers, actors and Wall Street executives – referred to as "more Vermont, than Vermont" and "the un-Hamptons". Nature preserves, Lake Waramaug, and the Shepaug River offer extensive hiking, biking, and water activities. Mohawk and Sundown Ski Areas , Lime Rock Raceway, and Quassy Amusement Park are all a short drive.

We enjoyed our stay in Warren. The house was comfortable and clean and the location was beautiful. Great restaurants and coffee were only a short drive away as was Mohawk Mountain. Great host as well.
