El departamento estaba muy limpio. Muy buena ubicación. Funcionaban todos los servicios. No usé la cocina. Muy amable el anfitrión.
Tuvimos mala suerte con dos obras en construcción en calles linderas y reparaciones en las esquina no atribuibles al departamento. Del departamento y del edificio ninguna queja.

Excelente ubicación del alojamiento, el personal estuvo bien porque nos dejaron entrar antes.
Fuimos 3 hombres y solo habia armada una cama matrimonial y un sofá que usamos de cama. Mucha humedad en el departamento. Creo que deberían invertir en mejorar las instalaciones, una limpieza profunda, toallas y sabanas nuevas, cortina de baño nueva o limpia sin hongos, mejor limpieza es clave.

Good location close to the downtown & Parque Urquiza. Nice the hot water.
I did not like the apartment room because it had humidity and a bed with an uncomfortable mattress (photo14). The bathroom was precarious with a mirror at navel level. The kitchen was equipped with an old oven and old crockery (photo11). The apartment has no heating, only an old electric stove (photo13), and the truth is that we spent cold (August in Argentina). We don’t know if the air conditioning was cold heat because the remote control had no batteries.
