Location: privileged, panoramic position, just 600 meters from the beach and Corso di Marcelli, with all services close at hand.

Description: first floor of a building. Recently modernized in the furniture.

Entrance floor: living room with dining table and sofa - separate kitchen with dishwasher - double bedroom - bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Upper floor attic: second bedroom with two single beds - third bedroom with two single beds - bathroom with bathtub. Pets not allowed. Parking space. Air conditioning.
