About this apartment rental
Welcome to Yellowstone Retreat Rentals! Built in 2021, our two bedroom one bathroom apartments carry all the necessities you need to visit Yellowstone. The apartment is located only four blocks from the historic Roosevelt Arch, the North Entrance to Yellowstone. We are also located a few blocks from Arch Park, which provides grills, a gazebo and picnic tables, and the neighborhood elk that tend to hang out there. With our convenient location, you will also be close to all of the wonderful shops and restaurants our little town has to offer. We have BRAND NEW MATTRESSES delivered in April of 2025.
As mentioned above, each unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It also has a laundry room, washer and dryer, with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided (nice for those guests who have been traveling for a bit!). There is a queen bed in each bedroom, and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. We provide extra blankets, pillows, and sheet sets for the sleeper sofa. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, as well as hairdryer and towels provided. We have a full kitchen with a full size oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. All of the basic kitchen essentials are provided along with dish soap. You cannot carry bear spray on the airplane, which is why we provide it for you! It is located above the microwave in the kitchen. Parking in Gardiner can be a struggle - not here! There is one parking spot per unit provided, right in front of the building. There is also a paved handicapped spot right in front of our ADA unit for those in need of it.
Some important things to note :
*We DO NOT provide cable TV. We have Smart TVs and you have the ability to log in to any streaming service you carry. We have the best WIFI plan available to accommodate our working travelers and those who want to relax with a movie after a long day in the park.
*Our air conditioning unit (our AC is not central air) is located in the living room, and tower fans are provided in the closet of each bedroom.
*If you are sensitive to noise, we would recommend getting a top floor unit. We worked with our contractor to do all we can to prevent noise transference, but these are apartments with two upper units, and two lower units. We also enforce quiet time from 10pm-7am, and no parties are allowed at our apartment.
*For our ADA unit: The countertops and cabinets are lower, and there is no under sink storage in the bathroom or kitchen to accommodate our guests in wheelchairs.
We are a small family business, and love what we do. We take great pride in our business, and want to provide each guest with a 5 star experience! This place was exactly what we needed for our family of five. Clean and well-stocked. Just blocks from Yellowstone's entrance and walking distance to restaurants. Highly recommend.

Very nice place in Gardiner! My family and I stayed here for two nights while visiting Yellowstone and really liked this place. The access and location to the northern entrance of the park is very convenient and Gardiner is very quaint for an east coast family. I have stayed in both West Yellowstone (bigger town with many more options) and Gardiner multiple times but have found Gardiner a hidden gem and this is now my preferred location. The home is new, very clean, quiet, and very easy to find. It is a very comfortable home and provided us with the perfect location after two long days at the park. And parking is right in front of the building so no worries or long walks. The two bedroom home had everything we needed and Jayme was great in providing recommendations and being available with any questions we had. While we didn’t spent a lot of time in Gardiner outside of local restaurants and sleeping; we were very happy here and would recommend this to park visitors looking for convenience and peace.

This was the perfect place for our family of 6 to enjoy while we explored Yellowstone! The home is very functional and comfortable! It was super convenient to the park and local restaurants. We enjoyed making our meals in the nice kitchen and the laundry room was awesome for a big family traveling! Thank you for making this special trip very comfortable as we were away from home!
