Everything was just easy. Hosts always answered questions promptly. Loved when we entered condo the nice music playing with aquarium playing on tv. Loved location to beach and pool.

Communication and check in was easy. The condo was clean and the walk to the beach fairly easy although i would have preferred one of the units facing the beach. The entrance gate did not work the first three days we were there and neither did the pool gate nearest our condo. It was unlocked the whole time which was convenient but not secure. The sprinklers came on at just the time we were checking out so you had to try to go around or dodge them so as not to get your luggage all wet. I did appreciate the fact that bed linens and towels were provided as that is not the case at the Jersey shore where we usually go. It would have been helpful to have had a couple more sauce pots but overall a good enough stay.

We had a fantastic time. The condo was well appointed and was exactly as described. The check in process was flawless, as was communication with the hosts.
Only offer 2 suggestions:
1) Replace the shower head in the master bath.
2) The pool. It was never cleaned properly. Lots of leaves from the vegetation and plenty of sand on the floor.

It is indeed close to the beach and does have nice towels but luxury is an inaccurate description. The kitchen is Formica, walls are thin, the showers have windows facing the parking lot- they are frosted windows but not totally private.
