Sundance Cottage is a four bedroom plus crow's nest, four full and two half baths, three story gorgeous beach house located on the southside of 30A in the charming and exclusive gated Pinecrest neighborhood. Not only does the house boast a large, outdoor, heated pool and water feature with ample space for lounging and entertaining, but the peaceful community pool is just steps away. Guests also have access to Rosemary Beach® Tennis and Rosemary Beach® Fitness facilities. The location is terrific, as guests enjoy a five-minute walk to the white sandy beaches and to the quaint shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach.

Guests enter the first level of the home into a stunning open living room, dining room and custom kitchen area with natural lighting. The living space is highlighted by two beautiful sitting areas with ample seating for multiple families. Enjoy watching movies on the 60” flat screen television in front of the gas fireplace. The gourmet chef's kitchen is complimented by a full Thermador suite of appliances, hand crafted cabinetry, beautiful Italian marble counter tops and a large island with additional seating adjacent to the dining area. Just off the living area you will find a half bath and a spacious laundry room. Finally, the first-floor guest room with en suite bathroom opens onto the back porch.

The second level features two spacious master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a bunk room with its own bathroom. The first Master Suite has a king bed, private balcony, and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower, double vanities, and toilet closet. The second Master Suite has a king bed, a private balcony with a swing bed, and a private bathroom with separate soaker tub and extra-large rainfall shower, double vanities, and toilet closet. The third bedroom features two full-over-full bunk beds perfect for the kids. The bathroom has double vanities and a shower/tub combination. The second-floor landing offers a wet bar complete with mini refrigerator, sink, and convenient Keurig coffee maker.

The third-floor crow's nest features a living room with a convenient half bath and a wet bar. The 50” inch television and accompanying bean bags makes this a perfect place for the kids to hang out after a long day of fun on the beach. There is ample seating, with a memory foam sleeper sofa. Guests will also enjoy the gulf views from the two viewing balconies, perfect for watching the sunset or the night sky.
