This one bedroom unit offers a King bed in the master suite and Queen sleeper sofa. Full kitchen with essentials, full sized refrigerator and washer and dryer.

The condo was clean and cozy, with a comfortable couch and bed. Not a straight on view of the ocean, but you can see it from the side of the balcony and one of the bedroom windows. Or go down to the 4th floor pool deck for a nice, direct ocean view.
Location is good, right across from Sharkey's and the beach, and walking distance to various other restaurants. We even walked down to Pier Park for NYE celebrations.
Parking is easy and convenient.
There are no beach towels or chairs provided, so just be aware that you will need to bring your own or purchase them down there.

Loved the place ! Perfect for a getaway by yourself or with family. Nicely decorated. Everything you needed to stay a week or more. Location was great, as was access to the beach. Will definitely stay here again and advertise to friends and family 🌴

Water pressure is an issue here. Unit is on 13th floor so takes 5+ minutes to build up before can shower. Had to go but extra toilet paper and trash bags as additional were not provided. It's not a bad place to stay, not best place I've ever stayed, either.
