建物の内装の雰囲気がとても好みなものでした。3日間の滞在の中日が雨で一日中宿で過ごしましたが何の不満もなく、ティーサービスなども満喫させて頂きました。本当に素敵な時間を過ごさせて頂きました。
食事の際のスタッフの方の料理のご説明をもう少しゆっくりとお話して頂けたら嬉しいなとは思いましたが接客の雰囲気はとても丁寧で親切なものでした。

Tea Time with excellent selection of teas and cookies and sweets, Onsen was superb. Shuttle service from /to Yugawara station is available, need pre-booking. Kind staff. Great breakfast. Hot Spring was excellent, many amenities and great hairdryers. there was a private bath tub and shower with amenities in the room.
The room I stayed was classic but old, need some update on the floor and tatami. Some parts of roof needed to polished or fix. and wall surface. Breakfast time started late, 8am. I needed to leave 8am. We needed to put futon out and set up by ourselves. I wish the staff could set our bedding like ryokan.
