Panmure Apartment is a beautifully renovated home set within an iconic Victorian building in the coastal town of Monifieth on Scotland’s east coast. Built in 1898 and formerly a grand hotel, the building remains a well known local landmark, combining characterful architecture with spacious proportions.
The apartment itself has been thoughtfully updated to offer modern comfort within this historic setting. It is an ideal base for a coastal break, a golf trip, or a relaxed stay close to Dundee, Broughty Ferry, and the wider Angus area.
Living Space and Bedrooms
Accessed via a short flight of stairs, the apartment feels bright, generous in scale, and carefully styled. Original features sit comfortably alongside contemporary finishes, creating a welcoming and well balanced interior.
The open plan kitchen and living area forms the heart of the home. It is a comfortable space to cook, dine, and unwind after a day out, with relaxed seating and a layout designed for easy socialising.
There are two spacious bedrooms, both featuring super king sized beds for a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom benefits from an en suite with a walk in shower. A separate modern family bathroom, finished to a high standard, serves the second bedroom and living space.
Board games and books are provided, making the apartment equally suited to quiet evenings in.

All in all the location was wonderful and so were the rooms. We were there 4 nights and we had breakfast and dinners in. Very quickly we filled the rubbish bin. We look everywhere for more plastic bags but none were available. I contacted your office requesting assistance and no one contact us. We had to make do

Clean property that worked well for us to stay on our way up to the highlands. Plenty of take away, groceries, beach, paths, etc nearby.
