    The room is big enough for a couple. It’s clean, complete with dryer and mini refrigerator. Staff are accommodating and they provide free drinkable water on the lobby so that’s a plus. 15min walk to The O2 but there is a bus stop just in front incase it’s raining. Good value for money

    The hotel is lovely to look at but it’s just dirty. The room had thick dust, I don’t think under the bed or side tables have ever been hoovered. There’s mould or stains all over the walls and there is a strong smell in the room. There’s blutac and cello tape all over the walls which aren’t that hard to remove. Just seems to be in need of a renovation and proper clean Staff where nice enough when I spoke to them I got it cheap but I would never pay what it usually is to stay here for the standard
