Very easy check-in. Welcoming,helpful, Staff. Always felt welcome as it was their home. Easy access to the facilities. The pools were easy to access. You can tell they place close attention to the temperature. The sauna was easy to find My husband enjoyed. The breakfast is nutritionist. Plenty of different breads, yogurts and toppings. It is a quite hotel which makes for a relaxing stay. It is a hotel whose architecture was built by artisans so I found it to be beautiful. ( even thought some claim its old.) My husband and I appreciated the ambience.
Maybe more banisters for getting out of the pools.

Location and easy parking.
Overall it felt rather tired. Spa quality not great and our large double bed was incredibly uncomfortable; basically felt like two single mattresses attached together.
