CHARMING T2 IN A TOULOUSE AREA:
On the first floor of a charming Toulouse house located in a quiet street in the Chalets district is our air-conditioned T2.
This apartment will delight you with its position, its comfort, its designer furniture, its calm.
The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
High-speed wifi is available in the apartment.
The Toulouse is located a 5-minute walk from the pedestrian street Alsace Lorraine and the breathtaking Saint-Sernin Cathedral and 12 minutes from the Place du Capitole.
Matabiau train station can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, the Jeanne d'Arc metro station and Matabiau train station are 5 minutes away from the airport.
An Airbus shuttle bus has a stop 150 m from the house along the Canal du Midi.
Two Vélib stations in the city of Toulouse are 100 m from the house.
The Canal du Midi and its cycle path are accessible in 1 minute!
You can store your personal bicycles in our cellar.

The Toulouse house, set back from the street, has a courtyard with garden furniture and deckchairs on the façade where a Muscat vine, a rose bush, a few shrubs and flowers have grown for more than a hundred years in the spring. It also has a sheltered balcony where you can relax.
The bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed, two Jieldé wall lamps, a closet with shelves and double wardrobe, a desk and armchair and a large mirror.
The room opens onto a private terrace in exotic wood, equipped with red garden furniture, chairs and a planter via a French window equipped with an electric shutter.
The bedroom is separated from the living room by a door.
The living room is equipped with an open-plan kitchen equipped with a fridge, a microwave grill oven, a hood, a dishwasher and all the dishes and utensils.
Salt, sugar, oil and vinegar are available as well as all cleaning products.
A sofa bed with 140 cm of sleeping space (2 people) in rapido system, an aperitif table, a large flat screen TV and its furniture, a Tolix table, 2 Tolix chairs and 2 Tolix stools complete this equipment. The window overlooking the small garden on the front is equipped with an electric shutter.
Parking space 10€ per night in a secure garage located 200 m from the house.
Sheets, towels, dish towels provided and changed every week at your request.
We require the payment of a deposit in order to confirm your reservation.
Your address, phone number and email will be used to establish a short-term contract.

The apartment is fantastic - bright and airy and very comfortable for us. You have a fully stocked kitchen with all the basics, a large bedroom with a comfortable bed, and a good size living room. Genevieve and Alain are wonderful hosts and are incredibly friendly, kind and helpful and they live in the flat upstairs so they are available if you need anything. The only caveat I would give is a “heads up” if you have any knee or back issues or if you are tall, both the couch and bed are low to the ground so getting up is more challenging, but as long as you have strong legs (or a partner to help!) you’ll be fine. Also, a note for clarity, parking is an additional charge. Apparently the VRBO site doesn’t allow them to make that distinction clearly. Enjoy your stay here and have a great time walking around Toulouse!!

Appartement très propre et bien situé, au calme et à 10 minutes du centre ville. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et a été arrangeant pour notre départ. Je recommande !
