Come and enjoy the mountains in both summer and winter, in the heart of Val d'Arly, a village resort with the feel of a small mountain village and a lively, bustling village centre where mountain dwellers and visitors enjoy mixing.
Rated 1 star, Schuss 2 is the ideal flat for a peaceful stay: living room with sofa, kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom with bath. Balcony with mountain views. Ski locker. Outdoor parking. Bed linen included, towels extra.
The flat :
Located on the 3rd and top floor of a small residence, the 44 m² flat, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is made up as follows:
Day area:
- Bright living room with a bay window giving access to the balcony. Sitting area with sofa, coffee table and TV.
- Kitchen area with velux window, fully equipped: ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, Senseo and filter coffee maker, kettle.
The dining table is perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends.
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom with double bed (140 x 190 cm), velux window and storage cupboard.
- Bedroom with 2 separate 80 x 190 cm beds with two windows opening onto the balcony and storage cupboard at the entrance to the bedroom.
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
Exterior:
- 3 m² covered balcony with table and two chairs
- Closed ski locker on the ground floor of the residence
- Outdoor parking in front of the building, including one private parking space

très belle appartement, qui va s'améliorer au fur et a mesure des années, l'emplacement est top, petit bémol c'est l'étage, en effet il faut monter 3 étages sans ascenseur plus les deux niveau de parking, et avec ma fille handicapée cela était plutôt compliqué, a signaler dans l'annonce.
les petite choses a améliorer, pas de poubelle dans l'appartement, les couverts reste sur le plan de travail n'ayant pas encore trouvé leurs place, l'eau chaude est très tiède et nous n'avons pas réussi a faire fonctionner le chauffage de la salle de bain.
le reste était parfait et nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec la neige qui etait au rendez vous.
