Apartment located 1 km from the beach and the village of Algajola.
7 Kms from Ile Rousse and 17 Kms from Calvi, close to a riding center, tennis lessons, hiking and other aquatic activities (jet, buoys etc.), restaurants, small shops and other shopping centers.
On a quiet and wooded plot of 7000 m² fenced and closed by an electric gate, with swimming pool of 110 m² (lake) non-private, secure and equipped with deckchairs, barbecue/pizza oven and farm table.
Apartment of 45 m² on the first floor, for 2 to 4 people with (video available):
* private terrace in front of the living room
*1 bedroom (140 cm bed)
* Living room with kitchen area and lounge area with 140 cm sofa bed
*bathroom with shower and toilet

Bienveillance disponibilité gentillesse bonne humeur bons conseils...
Le logement est comme sur la description. Nous avons une petite terrasse privée très agréable et ombragée. La propreté est irréprochable. Le jardin est splendide très bien entretenu spacieux sécurisé. La piscine est grande sécurisé des bon transats et parasols a disposition.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, une adresse a garder, une perle rare des logements chez particuliers. Merci

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans ce très beau cadre. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et à l'ecoute de nos besoins. Un endroit où il fera bon retourner.

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Logement très propre et bien équipé. Nous aurions préféré un lit en 160.
Avons passé un bon séjour dans le calme.
