This hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the Disney and Swan & Dolphin resort area. It is not inside the resort complex itself, but directly across from it, making it extremely convenient. The location was fantastic, and the views were beautiful.
The hotel was spotless, very quiet, and our room was in perfect condition with no issues at all. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay.
One of the biggest advantages is the proximity to Disney’s BoardWalk area, which is within easy walking distance once you reach the Swan & Dolphin resort area. There are wonderful restaurants, a beautiful lake, and a great atmosphere for evening walks.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The only thing worth noting is that the Disney early-entry benefit for Disney-area hotels is only 30 minutes, unlike some of the advantages offered by Universal hotels. This was not a problem for us, but it is something future guests may want to consider when planning their park visits.
If I return to the area, I would happily stay here again.

The pool facilities were appropriate.
There is nothing Disney about this hotel but the name. I have been in many Disney hotels and can say we were very disappointed. No decor or Disney theme at all.
Staff were very unfriendly and never greeted us when walking in.
