9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
Excellent location when walking the VT. The attached convenient store was a great place to purchase snacks for the trail. Bed was comfortable and room/ facility was as you would expect. We ate dinner and breakfast and both were hefty to say the least. Typical traditional foods with lots of meat and cheese. We had a room with a balcony that was nice for viewing the happenings on the road. The 2 fellows working there were very pleasant and friendly - they did a great job making us feel welcomed.Very good value. Recommended.
The expectation is to have traditional food for meals. Makes sense but with so much fruit and vegetables grown in the local area, I would recommend including some as an option.
