About this house rental

Close to rock climbing, motor boating, and more, this pet-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. Lake Annecy is an easy 13-minute walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 2-minute drive to Massif des Bauges Regional Nature Park.

Spend a day at the nearby beach, relax by the outdoor pool, or sip a drink in the garden of this vacation home, which also features a deck or patio. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the WiFi.

A dining area, a BBQ grill, a fireplace, and limo/town car service are featured at this 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom rental. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And because there's a washer and dryer, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.

Fantastic location. Villa was nice, although a bit "tired" on the outside. Dead plants around the pool area, it wouldn't take much to sort out and would make such a difference. We found the host manager quite difficult, argumentative when issues were reported. Maybe things were lost in translation. Breakfast daily, wasn't quite as advertised. We were left jam, bread and yogurts. The bread was hard the following day! We visit Annecy every year. Would we return to the villa? No, we have rented better villas, with less stress.

We loved our stay at Villa Pladia. A very well equipped and homely Villa offering plenty of space and style inside and outside and a perfect pool. The views of the Lake are stunning and visible from the pool deck and the majority of the rooms. The host is excellent. Really responsive throughout the booking process, offered a personal greeting on arrival with a gorgeous welcome pack and was available throughout our stay for any questions. Worth noting that the villa is on a steep drive and a number of steps lead up to the front door. There are several places inside the villa with two steps which add to the style but should be considered if travelling with a toddler or anyone with mobility challenges. There is a pool cover which is great for child safety and preserving temperature itself.

We had an amazing stay in Annecy. We were two families (9 total, all ages) and the place had lots of room for everyone. The accommodations were amazing, the host was incredibly responsive and kind. The place was better than the pictures and the overall experience was fantastic. Thank you Mathilde for assisting us in having a wonderful time in Annecy.

The house is absolutely beautiful- exactly like it is presented on the site. Everything you might need - you can find. The host is very welcoming and helpful. The area of Annecy is simply magnificent and we had a great family gateway for 5 days. Highly recommend to everyone!
