Location was perfect. Security was very good

Bedroom very small and a little too warm at night.

We traveled from Canada (2 adults) and it was the first time we stayed in Estoril. This condo/flat is conveniently located near the regional train station and slightly down the street from the Estoril Casino. Every space in this unit is well utilized. The washing machine is located in a closet behind the door into the unit/flat. There is closet space for jackets, sweaters, and other clothing beside the closet with the washing machine. The bathroom is spacious for one person, the shower stall is glass enclosed, and all supplies are provided. The living room/dining room area is spacious and contains a sofa, LR chairs, smart TV, overhead heating & cooling unit, and DR table & chairs. The art works are appropriate to the setting. Nothing is overdone. The kitchen is well equipped, I prepared supper every night of our 3 week stay. It's not a gourmet kitchen and I didn't expect it but the kitchen works perfectly. There's a bar fridge, stovetop burners, a coffee machine (Nespresso), a microwave oven, and adequate counter space. All conveniently located along the wall outside the bedroom. Worked out great! The bedroom contains a double bed and some storage space. The bed takes up most of the space. If you're tall (6' or taller) the bed may be a bit short for you. This was not an issue for us. Communication with management was flawless, I used the booking.com message app throughout our stay. Key pickup was a breeze. We received a building code for the keypad and the lockbox code for the keys to the unit/flat the morning of our arrival, really simple. The view from the unit/flat is stunning ... ocean view one direction, casino grounds view the other direction. Nice big window off the LR/DR area. You can view the sunsets from the window. Generally speaking, considering how busy the area is, it was relatively quiet. We didn't have any problems sleeping at night.

Some motorcycle noise but the window muffles the noise fairly well (this is noise from some crazy motorcyclists racing along the main street which, of course, is normal everyday motorcycles).

Great location, very clean and well equipped property. Also very accommodating agent, met us there early and had it cleaned super quick so we could enter early.

The bed and bedroom are very small

Most excellent location! Nice view of the park, surrounding, and you can see the ocean. The train to Lisbon or Cascais is only 5 minutes away. A supermarket is just a short walk away. The wifi is very fast, the TV is great, and the kitchen is well equipped. It has an elevator. Very clean and quiet. A washer/dryer—yay! A good chocolate and gelato store is next door to the building entry. Lots of restaurants nearby. Plenty of space in the living area. Good bathroom with very good lighting and storage. We stayed for over a week and enjoyed it.

The bedroom is a buildout within the apartment and is very small. There are no electrical outlets accessible to the bedsides. Instead of night stands, there are openings cut into cabinets that surround the head of the bed so that you have an enclosed shelf to place things on. For a place to charge our devices overnight, we had to run an extension cord from the living room up to the ledge of the pass-through window between the living room and the bedroom. The bed is a small double. I’m 6 feet (2m) tall and my feet stuck out over the end of the bed. This should not be a problem for short people, but I found sleeping uncomfortable because all of the weight of my legs (and I’m trim) was transferred to my knees and hips. There is no room for a larger bed so things are what they are and may still work for you. My spouse is shorter and had no problem sleeping.
