About this house rental
"Cornerstone" is a historic property built in 1856. It is conveniently located one block off of mansion row, Bellvue Ave. The Breakers mansion is 3 blocks away and the same to Cliff Walk. Baily's beach is about 3/4 mile straight down the street. Thames street, with lots of restaurants and shops is about an 8 minute walk and Fort Adams State Park is about a 5 min drive. The home is conveniently located to Newport's main attractions. The house is located in a quiet upscale neighborhood.
The beautiful Garden Unit is newly available on VRBO. It has 1BR, 1BA + full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. It has its own private entrance with a quaint private courtyard and outside with chairs. The bedroom has two queen beds - perfect for a family of up to 4 or friends that are coming to stay in Newport. There is off street parking as well.

Rental is exactly as pictured. Chose this rental because it was a garden apartment & would be accessible, which inside it is. But to get to your unit you either have to go down old stone steps that the rail is too low to safely use. Or from your parking spot, you have to walk up a grassy inclined lawn..

Perfect location to see and do all, no need for car. The garden unit was spacious, clean and perfect for my sister and I. We will be back!

Great Location, walked to Cliff Walk and the International Tennis Hall of Fame! Quiet location, away from the touristy/loudness of Thames St! Would go back!
