We went on a social work trip (14 people) and booked the entire Kutcherhaus. Perfect location for many people, as there are many units to sleep in. Very clean, very nice surroundings, it was very nice and cozy place. I can recommed to anybody looking for a place to be many people :)

Gefallen hat die Großzügigkeit der Räumlichkeiten, die nahe Lage zur Ostsee und die Ruhe. Auch unsere Ansprechpartnerin Frau Pagel war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir (15 Personen) haben im Kutscherhaus ein verlängertes Wochenende verbracht und - um es gleich zu sagen - es hat uns hervorragend gefallen. Die Abstimmung mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld war unkompliziert. Auf Fragen wurde umgehend geantwortet (sowohl per Telefon als auch per E-Mail). Das Haus befindet sich auf einem sehr großen und gepflegten Grundstück mit vielen Apfelbäumen. Da wir Anfang Oktober hier waren, mussten wir nicht die "fleißige Marie" spielen. Wir brauchten die Äpfel nur aufsammeln - das Apfelmus schmeckte lecker zum Milchreis... (Danke Frau Schön). Die einzelnen Wohnungen sind - herrlich die Namensgebung: Kutscher Karl etc. - in einem guten Zustand. Top ist Kutscher Johann. Die Kutscherstube ist für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten oder Spieleabende gut geeignet. Allerdings ist die Küchenzeile für viele Personen (wie wir es waren) etwas klein und erfordert für Hauptmahlzeiten ein wenig Organisationstalent. Frühstück ist aber kein Problem. Der Renner war das Kicker-Spiel, dass nicht nur von unseren Kindern ausgiebig genutzt wurde. Wir würden aber wegen der Lautstärke beim Spiel, einen anderen Aufstellort empfehlen. Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub und wir empfehlen dieses Objekt gerne weiter.

Wir haben unsere kleine Hochzeit im Kutscherhaus gefeiert und es war wunderschön. Das Haus muss nicht mehr geschmückt werden, es strahlt so schon eine tolle Atmosphäre aus. Wir haben uns alle wie zu Hause gefühlt und 3 wunderbare Tage verbracht. Sauber, ordentlich und alles da, was man braucht! Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war größtenteils gut und der Aufenthalt mit einer Gruppe im Objekt in Ordnung. Die Kutscherstube ist jedoch nur zum Essen und Kochen geeignet, für gemütliches Beisammensein fehlen Couch und Sessel. Der Tischkicker war leider nicht auffindbar. Insgesamt sollte man darauf achten, dass nur eine Wohnung renoviert ist und die anderen Wohnungen durchaus ein paar Jahrzehnte hinterher sind. Zudem sind die Wohnungen nur von außen zugänglich, was man im Winter oder bei schlechtem Wetter bedenken sollte.

Wir haben jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal mit 13 Personen 2 Nächte im Kutscherhaus im Rahmen eines Team-Events verbracht. Die Wohnungen sind einfach, aber stilsicher und sehr gepflegt eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Gemeinschaftsraum hat genügend Sitzplätze für viele Personen, aber kein Sofa. Das Grundstück ist sehr großzügig und gerade im Sommer toll nutzbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist äußerst professionell und auch das Personal vor Ort überaus freundlich und Service-orientiert. Wir kommen wieder, vielen Dank!

Das Objekt ist perfekt für größere Gruppen oder einzelne Familien geeignet. Das weitläufige Grundstück gibt genug Platz um sich frei zu bewegen. Wenn man etwas zu bemängeln hat sind es die Nachbarn, die mit der Lautstärke sehr schnell unzufrieden sind.
