Overall, we had a very good experience staying in the glamping tent. I hadn’t stayed in this type of accommodation before, so I was a bit worried that it might not be warm enough. However, it was actually very warm and comfortable. The kids even slept in their pajamas without blankets because the upper sleeping area was quite warm — almost a bit hot. I was also concerned about ventilation, but it turned out to be perfectly fine. We didn’t feel any lack of fresh air. The view was lovely, and we really enjoyed the surroundings. The breakfast was nice and delivered early in the morning, which was very convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay, and overall, the experience was very positive.

We had a couple of minor issues during our stay. When we arrived, there was heavy snow and the road had not been properly cleared, which made it quite difficult to reach the property due to icy conditions. We understand that this can happen in the mountains, but it was still challenging. There was also no reception on arrival, as we collected the keys from a locker, so it was difficult to find assistance regarding where to park the car. Another issue was the string lights from the neighbouring tent. They were blinking directly into our large panoramic window at night, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. We had to close the curtains, although we would have preferred to keep them open and wake up to the view. It would be better if these lights were switched off by default or controlled only by the guests staying in that tent, as they can be quite disturbing.

После джакузи вы пробежитесь по улице и захотите принять теплый душ, но воды горячей не будет. Перед сном вы захотите выпить чаю, но его тоже не будет. Мы приехали вчетвером, забронировали жилье за полтора месяца и владельцы знали о количестве гостей, но халатов было лишь два. Забавно было что одна постель была застелена, а вторая нет (видимо не захотели залазить на верх). Туалет размещен по центру шатра, замка или щеколды на двери в туалет нет и вам придется предупреждать всех о том что вы туда идете чтобы никто не вошел. Если вы едете не семьёй а с друзьями то лучше бронируйте два соседних шатра потому что места там на одного или двух людей максимум. Никакого личного пространства. Шатер держит тепло очень плохо, к утру тянуло по полу хотя пол с подогревом везде, но в туалете где покрытие из плитки как раз обогрева нет. Мы купили всё для гриля но не смогли им воспользоваться потому что место для гриля замело снегом и никто не почистил его. Джакузи удалось принять один раз потому что на утро вода не нагрелась достаточно хорошо чтобы снова там полежать. Интернет ловит очень хорошо но лишь пару минут, после чего полностью пропадает сигнал минут на 15. Если планируете работать с ноутбуком то это будет проблемой.
