11 Carrack Widden offers a bright and airy ground floor apartment with parking for one car and panoramic sea views across the golden sands of Porthminster Beach. The views through the picture window are truly spectacular continuing over the beach, Hayle Towans, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. The apartment is just a stroll down to the Harbour to enjoy the St Ives art scene, beautiful beaches, restaurants and independent shops.

The open-plan living area is well-appointed and boasts glorious sea views. With comfortable seating and a Smart TV, this is the perfect spot to relax after a long day on the sand and in the surf. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box and microwave. The dining table seats up to four guests.

The large bedroom offers great flexibility with a super king-size zip and link bed which can also be configured as two twin beds on request. This lovely room also has a relaxing reading area for those quiet moments. The newly refurbished bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a washbasin, and WC.

Amazing views from this property Only a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach & St Ives Harbour. Good facilities, supplies of essentials & welcome pack on arrival very useful after a long Journey.

The apartment looked tired.There is a condensation issue which is evident in all 3 rooms.Check the floor behind the bed and settee - the floor is freezing.The apartment is on the bottom floor above the concrete garage.When you take a bath or shower the bathroom floor becomes wet with condensation by the toilet.The concrete walls and floor render the heating inadequate.Has the owner slept there in winter to evidence this for themselves
