Gated, 2-story 4 bedroom home on a private, gated lot at the top of a knoll.
FAMILY ROOM with a wood-burning fireplace, 75" TV, French doors and windows, and access to a large patio with views across the valley. Opens to a well-equipped KITCHEN, double oven, 6 burner range, dishwasher, trash compacter. All plates and glassware have service for 12. Bar seating around the kitchen bar has seating for eight. The table in the FAMILY ROOM seats 6-8.
BACKYARD has a heated, covered pool and spa with an expansive view, grass lawn, and an acre of oak trees.
The LIVING ROOM and DINING ROOM have french doors that open to a west-facing patio and oak grove with a view of Mt. Tam beyond. The living room has a concert grand piano, a wood-burning fireplace with a gas jet.
The PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE has a wood-burning fireplace, walk-in closet, French doors leading to balconies and deck, a bathroom ensuite with a jetted tub, separate shower, and a deck. There are 3 additional bedrooms each with a bathroom ensuite.
There is a small GYM with a Peloton, weight machine, stationary bike. Two-car GARAGE with interior access, and room for 8 cars on the driveway within the gate.

This was the perfect place for our family to gather. Everyone had their own space and there were plenty of ways for us to enjoy casual time together in the kitchen or around the pool. It really felt like home. Linda was a very responsive and accommodating host. Recommend this listing very highly.
