Friendly family, very accomodating, good value and easy to get around New York with the close subway station. House was clean and the room was spacious with a very comfy bed.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this place. The room was spotlessly clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The location is also perfect for exploring. Highly recommended!

You are living with the host's family, and everyone was very nice! They were flexible with my arrival time and check-out, all instructions were communicated well despite the host's poor English (he was really trying). The room was in the attic, it was relatively spacious and clean. The bathroom is shared but clean, no issues there. I also loved the location - right by a commercial corridor, right by the express train but very quiet at the same time.
The room was a bit hot but I didn't turn on the AC (there was a sign that AC is paid). The wi-fi didn't quite work but I didn't need it, so I never asked the host about it (I'm sure he would have helped me).

The stay was great. The house looks as on pictures. The host and his daughter are amazing!! Thank you guys for everything.
The only thing that was 9/10 was the cleanness.
