Z zewnątrz budynek wygląda mniej atrakcyjnie niż w środku.

Super lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko i to jedyny plus tego obiektu.
Obiekt z zewnątrz wygląda strasznie,elewacja popękana odpadająca. Schody prowadzące do obiektu niby przykryte sztuczną trawą ale pod nogami czuć ruchome płyty. Pokój mały ale czysty. Drzwi balkonowe nie domykały się. Materac tragiczny, mocno zużyty- do wymiany. Były w nim wystające sprężyny, które wbijały się w ciało. Przez ścianę słychać każde słowo. Brak miejsca parkingowego.
