It comes with one second-floor king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC and a twin, together sleeping up to four people. There is also a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a utility. Outside, there is off-road parking space for one car. Pier View is a wonderful retreat for the whole family. Please note: Access to parking is via a tight driveway and there are external steps up to Pier View’s front door, as well as internal steps, so the property may not be suited to people with limited mobility, or families with babies or small children. Please note: Access to the second-floor king-size is by an original, narrow staircase. Note: There are seven steps up to the open-plan living space.
