It comes with one second-floor king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC and a twin, together sleeping up to four people. There is also a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a utility. Outside, there is off-road parking space for one car. Pier View is a wonderful retreat for the whole family. Note: Access to parking is via a tight driveway and there are external steps up to Pier View’s front door, so the property may not be suited to people with limited mobility. Note: Access to the second-floor king-size is by an original, narrow staircase. Note: There are seven steps up to the open-plan living space.
