This immaculate home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms and a common area with a king bed.
Your reservation includes access to a clubhouse pool (seasonal) and fitness center and private parking for two cars (garage and driveway). Additional parking is available across the street in the clubhouse parking lot.
This beach getaway is centrally located between the beaches of Rehoboth and Lewes and near the Tanger Outlets and plenty of local favorites and beach attractions.

The first floor features a half bathroom and a communal area with a wet bar, a large sectional and a king bed.
The second floor features a front balcony; a sitting area; a large eat-in kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and expansive granite countertops; a gas fireplace; and a family room with a flat-screen equipped with Xfinity streaming and a back deck.
The third floor features a bedroom with two twin beds; another with a queen bed; a full bathroom; a washer and dryer; and a master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom including dual vanities and a large soaking tub.
NOTE:
-- Due to COVID-19 precautions, please BRING or RENT bed sheets, bath towels, blankets and other linens. Coastal Beach Services and Sheets at the Beach are two local companies that deliver your order timed to your arrival. In terms of sizes, the home has two twin beds, one king bed, and one queen bed on the third floor, as well as one king bed on the first floor. (Linens are only necessary for the beds you intend to use.)

3 Years staying at this spectacular condo 💥 I 💯 recommend you stay here! You will not be disappointed for one second. It’s close to everything ( restaurants, shopping, beaches, the boardwalk and the pool ) condo is always immaculately clean with lots of attention to detail. I promise you will be as happy as our family is and will want to return every year. I cannot say enough about how amazing the hosts are and can’t thank them enough for giving my family this opportunity yearly!

This three bedroom, two full baths and two half baths is well appointed and stylishly designed. The location provides excellent access to the local beaches, yet is very quiet and secure. We will definitely return.

I cannot say enough about this condo! This is our 2nd year in a row staying here and it is extremely clean , everything you may need for your stay right at your finger tips, stores and restaurants are close , the beach is just a short drive away. We were able to bring less with us on our trip because this place offers everything including stuff to enjoy your beach time (chairs, umbrella, sand toys) or the pool (float, noodles). We were able to cook at the house and just relax after a long day in the sun! It’s a huge property and allows your family to spread out and not be on top of each other. The owner is amazing he answers all question quickly and made our stay so easy and memorable!! Thank you for allowing us to make a lifetime of memories once again. We will definitely be back!!
