Schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Deich. Allerdings vom Hundestrand etwas entfernter als erwartet. Schade, dass durch die Baustelle kein direkter Zugang zum Meer möglich war und dass auch vom Hundestrand kein direkter Zugang zum Meer existiert. Ansonsten war die Wohnlage sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral.
