This comfortably furnished, 64-square-meter apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Mühlentrift residence, which is scheduled for completion in the spring of
2021. It can accommodate up to four people.
Here you’ll find a spacious living/dining area with an integrated, modern
open kitchen, where cooking on vacation is a real pleasure thanks to the high-quality built-in appliances and numerous
kitchen utensils provided. In addition,
there are two spacious bedrooms available, one of which features
a cozy double bed (180x200 cm) and direct access to the bathroom, while the second has
two single beds (90x200 cm). The second bathroom is equipped for guests with disabilities
(wheelchair-accessible sink, extra-large shower with a seat, and a toilet with
grab bars). Another highlight of the apartment is the large balcony, which
is perfect for sunbathing and offers you the chance to
wind down your day with a glass of wine.

The Residenz Mühlentrift is located in a quiet residential area of
Cuxhaven-Döse and is only about 350 m (a 5-minute walk) from the sandy beach in Döse
. In addition to a parking space in the underground garage

). Shopping, bakeries, restaurants, and
bus stops are located very close to the residence and can be reached on foot in
just a few minutes.
