Good central place.
Neighbour had poor drainage that smells for guests as you approach the gate.

It was ok
Some neighbors have sewage pouring near the gate of the house and it smells as you enter.They need to advise them to get a proper sewage bypass in big pipes.

Quiet and clean inside, has a refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. Power was also constant with good wife and good Smart TV to watch international news over internet
Only 3 dirty sauce pans, poor bad knife,
Generally ill equipped kitchen with no plates. Old fashion sauce pans with no cover. I had to go buy own plates

It is advertise that the property has Netflix but it wasn't there.
