Schön und praktisch und eine eigene Wallbox zum laden für Elektro Autos.
Juni 2026 - es waren temporäre Abrissarbeiten auf dem Nebengrundstück. Ab 7:00 Uhr wurde gearbeitet

Es war alles sehr modern, praktisch und liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber!
Anfänglich war es doch sehr kühl im Haus und eine Fussbodenheizung braucht eine gewisse Zeit, die zusätzlichen Heizkörper im Bad und Schlafzimmer waren mit einen 30 minütigen Abschalttimer versehen, so dass man anfangs öfters mal den Einschaltvorgang wiederholen musste! Vielleicht in den Wintermonaten auf 60+ min anheben!?

Wir waren vor 3 Jahren schon mal hier. Das hübsche Appartement ist immer noch wie neu und verfügt über eine hochwertige Ausstattung. Sehr liebevoll gestaltet!

Het apartement is met veel zorg en liefde ingericht, dat is aan alles te merken. Het is erg comfortabel en sfeervol met voldoende opbergruimte. De badkamer is verrassend groot en het bed ligt heerlijk. Het terras heeft een mooi uitzicht.
